CHAPTER CHAPTER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is with regard to:

In consideration of being granted a charter to operate as a chapter of Business Men's Fellowship USA ("Fellowship"), the undersigned President and Secretary of the above Chapter ("Chapter"), on behalf of the Chapter, hereby agree as follows:
- The Fellowship is the sole and exclusive owner of the Fellowship's trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, and logos. The Chapter is authorized to use those names and marks only to operate a Fellowship chapter, and shall use no other names or marks in conducting such chapter.
- The Chapter accepts, adopts and adheres to the provisions of the constitution and Bylaws of the Fellowship, including without limitation, the ten point doctrinal statement.
- The Chapter is subject to the general supervision and control of the fellowship, the Fellowship having sole authority in granting or rejecting applications for affiliation by chapters, in canceling affiliation for any causes deemed by it sufficient, and subject to the superior authority of the chapter delegates at a regular or called meeting of the national delegate body, all other matters, except local matters and matters internal to the chapters which are reserved to the chapters.
- The Chapter shall fulfill all reporting requirements as set forth by the Internal Revenue Service for organizations receiving a group exemption letter, and shall fully disclose to the Fellowship all relevant information in response to either specific or routine inquiries made by the Fellowship or its representatives concerning the Chapter's revenues, expenses, and or activities, including submitting to the Fellowship such other reports concerning the same in such formats as may be prescribed from time to time by the Fellowship.
- No part of the assets or earnings of the Chapter shall inure to the benefit of nor be distributed to its members, trustees, officers, or other private persons. The Chapter is authorized to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered, and to make payments and disbursements in furtherance of its purposes. However, as is the case with national officers and directors of the Fellowship, it is understood that the Chapter officers undertake their responsibilities largely on a sacrificial basis, and that while not absolutely precluded from receiving special remuneration for special services, their services are, in the main to be without expense to the Chapter.
- No substantial part of the activities of the Chapter shall consist of the carrying on of propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the Chapter shall not participate nor intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office, including the publishing or distribution of statements.
- The provisions of Article VII of the Fellowship Constitution, relating to Mandatory Arbitration, are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a material part hereof. Any dispute between the Fellowship and the Chapter
shall be settled by a biblically based mediation and, if necessary, legally binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute of Christian Conciliation.
- The Chapter authorizes the Fellowship to include it in the applications to the Internal Revenue Service for the group exemption letter. Chapter will not act in any way contrary to the stated purposes of the Fellowship, or in any way that might endanger the Fellowship's 501( c ) tax exemption.
- For the purpose of facilitating the conduct of official business between the Chapter and the Fellowship, the addresses of both the President and Secretary of the Chapter as then currently registered with the Fellowship shall each be deemed to be the official mailing addresses of the Chapter.
- This Agreement shall be construed and enforced according the laws of the State of Missouri.
